Got my emissions test done here and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, the process was quick, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I would encourage everyone reading this review to seek service elsewhere. I called this Meineke for a quote to replace the rear rotors and brake pads on my car. The price was appealing and I scheduled an appointment to have this work performed the next day. I was told over the phone that this service would take 2 hours. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked for an update on the job and was told that they had yet to start. They apparently spent 3 hours performing a brake diagnostic, after which they recommended that I replace the rear AND front rotors and pads, in addition to a number of other items. When I said, once again, that I wanted only the rear rotors and pads replaced, I was told it would take another 2 hours. I requested that the tires be placed back on the car and that I would be ta

My go to mechanic. Theyre friendly, descriptive, honest, and hard working. They fixed my oxygen sensor, do my oil changes, and run my emissions tests. Super reliable and they have good availability.

Went for an oil change, the clerk was magnificent and gave me a 10$ discount. The mechanic fixed my headlights, bumper and changed my oil and filter with no additional charges for the extra labor! I’m always pleased with the work they do! Would highly recommend!!

I went to this Meineke for a simple oil change. After the service, two different mechanics there told me my brake pads were worn out and unsafe to drive, and that I must replace all of them immediately. They gave me a quotation of $1000 including $440 for labor. I ordered quality rotors and pads online (about 30 pounds of parts) and found another highly rated mechanic shop who agreed to install them for $200. But when that shop inspected my car, they showed me my brakes were absolutely fine for another 1–2 years. They even put everything back without charging me a dime. Because of Meineke’s false diagnosis, I wasted time, money, and the hassle of returning these heavy parts. Later, I found other reviews describing the same dishonest practices at this location.
