Meineke Car Care Center

After taking my car to four different shops and getting nowhere with the suspension issues I was experiencing, I finally brought it to Meineke, and I’m so glad I did. They were the only shop that was honest, trustworthy, and actually able to diagnose and fix the real problems with my car. They did exactly what they said they were going to do—no runaround, no surprises—and got the job done right. Once you become a loyal customer, they truly treat you like family, not just another number. Rob Wolfe and their top-notch mechanic are beyond excellent. Their work ethic, knowledge, and integrity outperform anyone else in the state of Delaware, hands down. I would not recommend this place. After getting a flat and needing a replacement, we got a tow truck here. We called ahead to make sure they knew we were coming. After waiting for the tow truck and getting there, they told us they didn’t have the tires. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating considering they knew the year/make/model of the vehicle incoming. They told us 40 mins for the tires to get there and then 40 minutes to put them on. We rounded up and assumed 2 hours and went to grab lunch, ensuring first that they had our number and would call us with any updates. We spent 3 hours at lunch and after not hearing anything, came back, only for them to call us as we reached their parking lot to let us know that there was a “problem” with getting the tires and they would be starting so

Awesome customer support fixed my Chevy caprice pretty fast and did more upon request no hassle at all definitely recommend

My experience at this particular Meineke was a good one. The customer service and actual service was to my satisfaction. However, they didn’t offer a tire rotation with my synthetic oil change which is supposed to come with this service. Other than that it was a professional environment.

2/27/26: Yet another fantastic experience! I took my car in for a 70K service and couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and clear communication. Greg was my main point of contact and he is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you to this Meineke team for taking such great care of our vehicles. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rob and his team were awesome. My brakes were intermittently squealing and I thought I needed them to be serviced. I dropped off my car and hoped for the best. Fast forward an hour, and Rob calls to tell me my brakes look good and I didn't actually need any interventions. The technician said the noise might be from the overly wet weather we've had recently. Mechanics are notorious for "finding"
