I went in on Friday 2/13/26 around 4pm to have tires balanced and a tire repaired. They did their inspection, charged me for the balance and a repair after over an hour I left thinking everything was going to be fine. The next day, only going 50 mph I noticed my steering wheel was still shaking but it wasn’t too bad. Sunday while I’m on my way to a different city, the shaking got worse. I turned around and went home. Monday morning on my way to work the problem was getting worse I couldn’t do 40-45mph. It felt like my tire was going to fall off the car. Luckily, I work right beside a Meineke in Lexington. While they were rebalancing my tires, They found that one of my tires was shredding itself from the inside! Honest people. Great service. I brought my 2019 Sorento it. They informed me what was wrong and handled it with care. If I ever need any service I will be coming back. They did not charge me due to the ungodly cost I will be paying for what needs done on my vehicle! Bring your vehicles here!

They changed my oil today and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an oil change shop. It was the first time I’ve been to a chain oil change shop and it felt like a mom and pop garage. They were transparent about how busy they were and wait times. And they were transparent about my car. I’ve never had a shop that takes pictures of everything they’re inspecting but this shop does that and explains, in detail, what those photos mean. They didn’t try to screw me over because I’m a woman and they were very realistic about the few issues my car had. I will definitely be back and be recommending them to others.

Courteous and very knowledgeable about my car and their procedures. Feel we got our money’s worth. It was not as expensive as the dealership had quoted and only took 2 hours as opposed to 2 days at the dealership.

The first time I went in was overcharged by $15 for an oil change. I called them and was told they would refund me on my next visit. The next visit, I took the car in for a noise and they told me I needed an almost $1500 repair. I took it for a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $12.00. Unbelievably bad service and 100% dishonest. I will never go back. Don't get screwed.
