Very friendly at the desk and gave us great information and were willing to help us figure out how to pick up vehicle after hours. Totally recommend this store location especially after they recently replaced their manager. New ones are great and accommodating. Have taken several vehicles here over several years and have been very satisfied. Once they came several blocks to help us with a dead battery.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to share. I dropped off a set of brand-new rims first thing in the morning to have them mounted on tires. Several hours later, I received a call saying I needed hub-centric rings. I left work, drove across town to purchase them, and brought them back to the shop. A few hours later, I called to check on the status and was told the truck would be ready shortly. When I arrived, it was nowhere near finished. To make matters worse, the mechanic then approached me holding the hub-centric rings I had just purchased and informed me they had been inside the box with the new rims the entire time. Meineke Car Care Center (Ocala) is the best! We have been loyal customers for years because of so many wonderful reasons but notably for their outstanding customer service, honest vehicle evaluations, and excellent vehicle care and repair. We highly recommend!

The service is excellent the mechanic was very nice and explained everything in detail. But the hourly cost of the mechanic was outrageous $320.00 for about one hour of work that is ridiculous. If the labor cost had been a fair value this would have been a great experience. But at this rate I could never recommend this to anyone. I only had my front brake pads repaired. total cost 445.00 with a 39.50 coupon. Which the coupon was up to $50.00 off

I truly appreciate that they took the time to listen and even spoke with my better half to help us decide the best option for my car. The repairs were a bit costly, but it seems that’s what’s needed to get my vehicle running better. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll return to have the work done, but overall I was very happy with how they helped me when I needed it most. Grateful for their kindness, patience, and professionalism.
