I took my 2017 Ford Explorer into Meineke Car Care Center in Oregon City, OR for brake issues. I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center for a full front and rear brake replacement. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about the work that needed to be done. They took the time to explain my options clearly and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and my vehicle feels smooth and safe again. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and customer service. I appreciate the honesty and efficiency, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing brake service or general car care.

We called in Saturday a Ujoint Replacement they went ahead and did a full inspection after stating the issue to them “Metal on metal” told them I think it’s a ujoint after there inspection they sent out a estimate for 750$ for the ujoint replacement and sent out abunch of other issues that the truck had I declined everything that they sent only needed to fix the real issue of the metal on metal sound. They quoted 750$ on Saturday said they will start on it Monday I called Monday morning because I didn’t hear back they said another issue that wasn’t in the estimate stating the driveshaft was worn and they couldn’t put the new ujoints in that I may need another driveshaft then after telling them we are not willing to replace the driveshaft just put it back together the way it came in I was

Had a good experience. Usually my son is my mechanic. With him busy with work I took it here. I am very picky about my car. They did an awesome job...Will return. Cheaper then my son. .lol..took my work car in for much needed oil change. Very happy good deal..

The service was very good. The brakes function as expected. I'm less than thrilled for being charged nearly $175 an hour for labor. Especially when I was quoted over the phone for about $120 less for completing the exact same work when I scheduled the appointment. There were zero extra parts or services needed that weren't quoted when I scheduled the appointment.

Brought my Cadillac CTS in for a catalytic converter replacement on a Monday. They said to expect it in a few days. Next day, I get a call and it’s ready to go! Love these guys! It feels like a very neat and professionally run place.
