Matthew is super helpful and super awesome and kind. I had an issue with the meineke location in salt lake because when I called to ask if they could take a coupon for a free multi point inspection. They told me that they can’t take it even though the coupon was for that store specifically. I called the Orem location to see if they would be able to take my coupon which they can, but Matthew said I should go in there to show them in person and if they don’t accept it to call him back. So I went in for my appointment and surprise surprise they turned me away. I called Matthew back and he was super helpful, he told me that they would be happy to take my car in and look at it. This is absolutely the go-to place for getting a car worked on! I came in because my brakes were shuttering and got them replaced. But not only that, on their free inspection, they noticed part of my car's cooling system was broken and told me immediately. Had I not gotten it fixed, my engine could've overheated due to the system not pressurizing correctly. Saving me potentially much more expensive repairs down the road! The staff are friendly, and prices are admittedly a little high, but it's worth it due to them using high-quality parts and the peace of mind that the car will be fixed right and properly. I will absolutely come back again when my car needs repairs!

I don't do many Google ratings but I'm making an exception today. On Friday night 11/8/25 I thought I heard my brakes scraping, so I went in for a free brake inspection early Saturday morning. I told the front desk that I had an important appointment and didn't have time for the full vehicle mechanical inspection I was offered - just check the brakes. (The brakes were okay) In spite of my request, the mechanic also performed a full mechanical inspection. I waited for 1 hour & 20 minutes and missed my appointment. The over-all inspection must have taken most of that time because it doesn't take 20 minutes to pull and visually check brake pad condition at each wheel and then reinstall. The final estimate for recommended repairs was $3,447 and was sent to my phone. I declined to have any rep

I had a very disappointing experience at this Meineke location. I went in for a simple oil change and left with a check engine light that wasn’t there before. Instead of performing a proper diagnostic, the technician’s first approach was to start swapping in new parts to “see what would fix it,” which is not a professional or responsible way to troubleshoot an issue. On top of that, the quality of the service was sloppy. There was oil residue left all over my steering wheel and shifter, and the windshield washer fluid was spilled across the passenger side of the engine bay. The oil change itself took nearly two hours, which is excessive for a basic service. The only positive part of the visit was the friendly front desk attendant — she was polite and helpful.
