Meineke Car Care Center

This is the second time we've used this service center and both times were emergencies. Joe (owner) and his crew are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile to make sure your car is repaired and safe to drive. The first time we went to them was because of bad pothole causing a blow out on Rte 30 right before Central Ave. We were able to wait while they made the repairs. This time was a similar situation while my son was driving to work. They recommended a tow service that came quickly. They replaced the two tires and did a front end alignment for an incredibly reasonable price. The tow service sent a driver my son knows, so that was a bonus. When the car was ready, the mechanic drove it to pick up my son who is disabled, saving him the aggravation of calling Lyft

My battery died early one morning and I called Meineke in case someone was there. Someone answered and gave me an appt later that morning. They were able to replace the battery, and other things that were needed. Later that afternoon they called me and told me what was done and the cost. What pleasantly surprised me was that they noticed I needed an inspection and saw a problem with leaves getting into the engine and solved both problems without me asking for them to be done! I have been a customer for years and will continue as long as I own a car. They’re a family owned company that places importance on treating customers like family. WARNING! Fraud! I brought my one year-old vehicle with 20,000 miles here for estate inspection. Joe, the manager called me to inform me that my car would fail state inspection because there was sap on the passenger side lower windshield which did not wipe clean with my existing windshield wipers. He is trying to force customers to buy windshield wipers when they’re not needed. Update 11/11/25: -online complaint filed on Meineke.com on 11/5. No action taken by Meineke -spoke with Meineke Customer service representative “Lemon” via telephone 11/7/25. She “filed report,” but no action taken by Meineke customer service. -11/10 Vanessa of Meineke customer support saw and replied to this review but still no action taken

Could not be more happy. Brought my card to them for an engine noise issue. Multiple other mechanics guessing. They took all the time they needed to find the issue and fix it with only a minor adjustment needed. Begged them to charge me and they declined. Dedication. Expertise. Honesty. What else could someone ask for an a mechanic?

We have used Paoli Meineke for years and wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. Tom and his team do an amazing job and their prices are extremely reasonable. Great service and quality at a great price!
