Brought my Mercedes to Meineke Passaic fully prepared for the car to start speaking German and demanding premium everything. But Michael, the manager, is an absolute saint. Nicest guy ever. He explained everything so clearly that even my Mercedes stopped judging me. He had the car running smoother than a billionaire’s yacht. If your Mercedes is acting dramatic (as they do), go see Michael. The man deserves a raise, a trophy, and maybe diplomatic immunity.

The team here took my car in before my appointment time (luckily no one else had arrived at the time) and are friendly. The front desk showed me a breakdown of what needed to be done as well as pricing. The text system is awesome because it showed the health of my vehicle and what repairs and services needed to be done right away and could be put off slightly longer. Will return and would highly recommend, only downside is the parking situation which I believe can be lessened if you can get in on a lighter day or just before your appointment.

I must say this was an Amazing appointment. I made a Thursday morning service appointment: Passaic Nj 811 Main Ave location. Meet up with Ray who I made the appointment with. He looked me up on the computer, when over what was going to be done & took my keys. Asked me to have a seat & pulled my car in. They put it up on the lift & did a full inspection of the car & what was going to be repaired. Called me over to show me, what needed & what was going to be done. There thec, D. Gracia, got to work on the car. He had to do some welding on my pipes. I must say it was impressive. Weld was beaded nicely, weld was clean & right & he gave it fresh painted touch 👌🏾 Ray called me to take a look @ the work done & I gave them the thumbs up👍🏿.
