Meineke Car Care Center

I m a first time customer. I took my car to Meineke for an oil change. I am going to be 74 yrs of age next month. At first meeting the front desk staff , I introduced myself,stated my business, and was told, I would receive a call when the car was ready. This was a little distressing to me, because it was cold in Philly at the time,and I was miles from my house with ice and snow on the ground.The waiting room ONLY had 2 seats in it. Both were occupied when I came in. My problem was not with the staff, but with the ownership. They should have the staff,inform customers about this before arriving,so as to have access to other transportation. The staff including the mechanic, seemed to be doing the job they were trained to do, but I hope they weren't afraid,of speaking to the people in charge

I want to thank Ashley who works at the desk. She has went above and beyond for me a few times. She is always so helpful and gets the job done. All the other employees are fast and sufficient. I would never trust anyone else with my cars. Thanks guys I will always recommend you!

Been here twice and always mistakes. This time I go for an oil change and instead of performing that they decided to without consent start removing other part under my hood and looking for other ways to make a sale. Long story short they remove my air filter compartment that has nothing to do with an oil change. My truck comes out after the oil change I drive off the lot couple minutes later it starts sputtering and check engine light comes on. I take it back and what do they do, they try and take advantage and act like it something new. There are more ways than one that the issue was caused by them playing with my air filter which caused the reduce power. No reset on my internal oil gauge and their mech wrote a sticker for my trip mileage not my odometer lol. Place is terrible. 0 attentti

Once again I visited the Oxford location and my vehicle was well taking care of by Ashley and Mike Great people at this location I recommend to any to come there and get there Vehicles Serviced like I do with my Cars. Keep up the Great work Meineke Crew

It took 6 hours for an oil change and inspection. My car was left with items from my glove box removed and on the floor. The man at the desk and woman who answered the phone were very nice, but waiting half a day for my car is outrageous. I will not be back.
