Meineke Car Care Center

I went to another place for an oil change and they stated they could not do my oil change due to a “leak”. I decided to take it to Meineke and am so glad I did! They had amazing customer service. They did a thorough inspection, which included pictures of everything, and changed my oil all in under an hour. They also stated the previous place lied and there was no leaks at all. I am very impressed with how thorough and nice they were! I will definitely be going back!

This is my first time with Meineke in Puyallup. I was very impressed with the friendly people that welcomed me. Everyone seemed to know exactly what I was needing done to my project car. The technician was very informative and let me know what he was going to do and in included me on a visual look on what he was doing I’m going to visit there again next week to do a follow up repair. Looking forward to dealing with a very informative team. JG.

Signed up online. Didn't know I didnt qualify for the 34.99 special cost me almost twice as much. Meinke reccomended well over $2000.00 in maintenence procedures. Got the paperwork after I was leaving. I had asked them To do the air filter. Never got back to me. Ive had a 34.99 special oil change and I had the coupon. The man had the counter said that hadn't been offered in years but I had the online coupon special. I think I was taken. Employees were very nice.

Went to this location already knowing the issue. Giving them 3 stars because they did fix my problem perfectly and a timely manner BUT they also tried to screw me over saying my alternator was bad. Luckily this wasn’t the first time it happened to me and conisdering I already knew the initial problem I declined the alternator. Got my wires fixed and it’s been running great. Got the alternator tested again after driving a bit and everything checked out perfectly. Kinda hard to trust mechanics when everything’s a money game

I went in yesterday with a coupon for 29.99 synthetic blend oil change. I scheduled for the next day. The rep said they would need to order the oil. I gave my make and model and co firmed they would honor the coupon. When I came in the next day for my appointment the same rep said there would be a couple hours wait. Then I asked if she was ordering the synthetic blend oil. She then told me they would not honor the coupon because my make and model 2016 Nissan Altima does not allow synthetic blend (which it does). These guys here are as shifty grifters, snake oil salesman. The worst service, the place needs to be overhauled, everyone retrained or fired. Let this place go because it is ruining customer loyalty and trust.
