This business was respectful, thorough, honest, quick & efficient. They gave me a great price for a VSSI test (vehicle safety systems inspection) for my salvaged title car. One of—if not the best—price in town for a VSSI test! Also, other shops were saying it would take 2-3 hours to do this test and this shop was able to complete it in 1 hour since it wasn’t too busy. I was also very impressed with their honesty as they informed me *before* doing the test that my front windows couldn’t be tinted or my car would fail the test. This was very kind of them as some places would have just taken my money for the test and failed me off the bat for the tinted windows, but this place didn’t :) They even said they could fit me in for the test that same day after I got the front window tint removed a

I went in for a last minute oil change for a 5hr trip that same day. They were so kind and were able to get me in quickly. Oil change took about an hour, and was reasonably priced. Thank you to the staff at Meineke on Folsom!

My car started revving like crazy so I pulled off the freeway and looked up the nearest repair shop. I lucked out! Although I was walk-in, they looked at my car right away. The guys were kind and respectful and I definitely felt like I was in good hands. They had me back on the road and replaced all the wires that were chewed through by rodents. First time customer and will definitely return. Not only were they friendly, but they actually took the time to bring me over to my car and show me exactly what they were recommending. There was no pressure - only recommendations. They were sincere and genuine in their recommendations. I called a couple times throughout the day to ask questions, and they were very patient and helpful. Car is running great.

I had a really great experience with them. Took the Range Rover over to see why the engine light came on. The guy Don diagnosed and fixed it quickly. He said nothing to worry. We also had him check the AC to our Mazda. Which we thought there’s a leak. But that wasn’t the case. He said there nothing in the system. We just needed to add Freon. He took care of that like 10 minutes. Thank you for the great service. 😊 highly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
