The company I work for is in the same parking lot as this place so I thought we would get some neighborly treatment as well as be super convenient. I took our work van over because the power steering was acting up. By the time they were done the had completely replaced the rack and pinion that they had cut apart with a torch prior to me even being shown what was wrong. They supposedly put a brand new power steering pump in along with numerous other supposed repairs that ended up being almost $5000 when it was all said and done. About 2 months later all the plastic under the bumper fell off on the freeway. When I went over and told them about it they said they was getting a new one but we never heard from them. Very frustrated with this place. I had looked up the place because I needed to get free inspections done on my car which their website says they offer, but when I called to ask about the free multipoint inspection I was told that I can’t use it here even though on the website it shows the coupon and that it is for this location. I went in for my appointment and showed one of the workers the coupon and the website and he turned me way and told me that they don’t accept coupons and told me to go to Orem. I then called the orem store and they informed me that they ARE supposed to take those coupons and that this locations franchise owner is notorious for not accepting peoples coupons and warranties. Gone two times now and both expected to be upcharged and pay an arm and leg but they let me know which services I didn’t actually need just yet and even advised on bringing in the parts to them as it would be cheaper cus I couldn’t afford there full in house service at the time. Great guys especially the guy in the office always friendly and helpful. Used to be a Firestone guy but since moving to Utah haven’t found a good mechanic I trusted till Meinke

I dropped my car off to have my brake pads and shoes replaced at 5:00pm. George called me about ten minutes later to give me a run down of the costs and repairs and we agreed on the work. I fully expected to pick up my car the next day since they close at 6:00 but George and the mechanic(s) worked hard and let me pick up my car at 7:00pm. Incredible professionalism, great work, and a fair price. I'll definitely be coming back to get more work done. Shouts to George and the team!

I recently visited Meineke and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly/helpful/knowledgeable and they clearly explained the issue. The service was completed quickly/efficiently and the price was very affordable. I especially appreciated specific detail . Overall, I highly recommend Meineke for their quality work & excellent service
