Update: went back to Meineke for a new battery. An unfamiliar face was behind the counter but was very nice and friendly. While looking at my vehicle they found several issues that needed “immediate attention” which surprised me since there were no issues last time I was there 3 weeks before. Suddenly the radiator is leaking, the struts are leaking and the steering is loose in addition to needing new spark plugs. I chose to replace the battery and replace the spark plugs via their online portal that showed the total prices. AFTER I approved the repair work, the counter employee called me to the counter explaining they only quoted me one spark plug on the work agreement portal. The total repair would now cost me an additional $175. This was AFTER I had already approved the repair work. Hmm

This review is too easy to write! I completely echo the sentiments of everyone who's given Michael (Mike), Denny or any of the crew raving reviews. They have set a new bar of excellence in the realm of auto maintenance for me! I usually get my oil changes at small local businesses, but this team has earned my respect and trust and will go back whenever I have the opportunity! As much as I love Mom and Pop shops, rarely do you get a full inspection with your oil change. This small but major difference revealed that one of my rear rotors is 2mm away from total failure. I could see it was in need of turning, but only the precision instruments and keen attention to detail by Nick (Technician) made me aware of how bad they actually were... And they provided pictures of everything with notes

Very well taken care of and fast .No wait time.Free Inspection and also Tire Rotation.Went in and called and spoke to Denny about servicing my Truck and making sure my truck was Great Customer Service I would highly Recommend them and appreciate the promotions.

I love this place . I have a 2014 Nissan murano and it has came here for the past 7+ years and it’s always great business. Most of the time it is same day I get my car back no matter how much of a job it is. Quick reliable and they know what they are doing! Good people. Definitely recommend. Used to get with Justin who was great until he moved on with his career now I just get with Denny and they take great care of me!

I live in Austin and I drove to San Antonio to buy a vehicle and I was calling around different auto shops to see if they could do Pre-Purchase Inspections for me. The gentleman named Denny was super helpful, very kind and walked me through everything that they are inspecting for, they were also very transparent and honest about their findings. He gave me a great price, told me a time frame and he was quicker than the time frame he told me and I was truly happy with my experience there. The staff there were awesome and kind as well, highly recommend going here!
