I received top-notch service as always. I visited on Saturday, March 7, 2026, and was able to have all of my services completed in one visit. My truck is driving beautifully now. The manager who was working that day was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I have been a customer at this Meineke location for nearly five years and consistently had positive experiences when Keith was there. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the manager, Abel, have been very disappointing. On January 2nd, I brought my vehicle in to have a front headlight replaced—see communications with my husband expressing concerns during initial encounter. Two weeks later, the same headlight went out. I returned on January 23rd but Keith asked me to come the next day since they were overbooked…so on Jan 24th I returned & the mechanic replaced it again, stating the bulb was faulty—see photo of me at shop with timestamp. I had an absolutely horrific experience at this Georgia Avenue Silver Spring Meineke location. While the mechanics were professional, the front-office manager was aggressive and deceptive. When I first arrived, he ignored my initial request for a written estimate. It wasn't until my second request that he finally printed the bill, which is when the dispute began. I questioned why the bill was $144 when paid $84.55 for the exact same service 7 months ago. The manager simply stated the cost went up and completely brushed off my old receipt which clearly references the tire rotation which have attached as a photo. I had a very frustrating experience with this Meineke location and would not recommend it. I originally brought my vehicle in to resolve a check engine light, I ended up paying about $2,500 in repairs, but the check engine light issue was still not resolved when I got the vehicle back. When I returned to address the problem, the shop replaced my spark plugs without my authorization and charged $633 for the service. After a lengthy discussion, they eventually refunded $300, but the situation should never have happened in the first place. More concerning was the lack of professionalism afterward. Able and his staff was truly professional and friendly..From the receptionist, to the bay guys my experience was all positive. Able kept me updated through the whole process. He fixed my code P2096, thank god!! He was honest, accurate and his work was great.. my vehicle was ready in a couple days.. I recommend for sure💯
