Nobody likes dealing with car repairs… but if you have to, I highly recommend Joel from Meineke. I worked with Joel today to get my daughter’s Jeep fixed, and the whole experience was honestly better than I expected. From our first conversation, Joel was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. He explained what needed to be done in plain language and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. We never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. EDIT: I decided to come back after Meineke reached out to help fix the issue, and I’m really glad I did. Keandre and Joel were able to get me worked in and made sure my issue was fully resolved. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I’ll continue coming back as long as I can work with them. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. When I came in back in November, I was told I needed a valve replaced and that I had an oil leak. I was quoted around $700, but the manager approved a discounted price of about $300. Today, I called to schedule the repair and spoke with Robert as soon as they opened at 8:00 a.m. He confirmed the total would be $324. Got tires put on and they honestly got me in and put pretty quick considering I didnt have an appt on a sat. My issue was that there was white stuff all over my rims and tires I assume its some type of sealant or something. Never had seen this after a tire change Im guess they should have cleaned it before returning the car. EDIT: The manager contacted me the very next business day and fixed the issue promptly. I am following up to request assistance, as the lack of communication is concerning. I value your service, but waiting this long without any update is not the experience I would expect as a customer. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter and a clear update on next steps.
