I had a great experience at Meineke last Friday. The team was professional, honest, and very thorough from start to finish. They clearly explained the condition of my brakes, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and they completed a full inspection that gave me peace of mind about the overall condition of my car. It’s clear the staff takes pride in their work and truly cares about customer safety. I felt respected, informed, and confident driving away. I’ll definitely be returning here for future maintenance and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service.

On February 8, 2026, I visited the same location without an appointment and had a great experience. The Meineke Representative at the counter was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. That positive interaction left me with a strong impression of your business. I was looking forward to the same experience. Unfortunately, my experience during my most recent visit was the complete opposite.

James and the crew are awesome. I always get quick and reliable service when I go in. Easy to schedule online, which I like too. They give it to you straight, and don’t try to rip you off with unecessary repairs. I always felt like other repair shops were intimidating and took advantage. James literally took me back into the shop when I was getting my brakes and spark plugs done to show me a part that needed to replaced, and how the maintenance needed to be done. I will not go anywhere else in Tacoma!

James and Jesse were both very personable. they listen to our story about our vehicle Fixed the problem within one day. We would definitely go back there to service or repair either one of our vehicles.. Highly recommend them!

I refuse to go anywhere else. Coming to get my car done at Meineke is like going to the cool uncle to get it done. Good atmosphere. And character over currency.. affordable. I’d assume a little more expensive than other places but the service makes up for that. And quick. I had over $2k worth of work done in less than 5 hours. it feels like I’m driving a brand new car. They’re super real, and spit it straight instead of using fancy language to make you trust them into giving them thousands of your hard earned monies. I like that they have to take pictures for insurance purposes and can circle and mark in the pictures what needs to be done. The proof is reassuring. James can never retire or move.
