I'm giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. If your car is capable of moving at all, drive past this abomination of a shop. I went in for a routine brake and alternator replacement. When they were done, I left the shop and within 1/4 mile my car cabin began to fill with an industrial smelling smoke that was also billowing out from under the hood. They didn't even test drive the car after my repairs or they would have caught this. After being towed back into their shop, they told me they would fix the problem. They did fix it and I was told the root cause of the issue was "a defective replacement part (alternator)." Meineke (Olden Ave) did a great job with the oil changes on my 2 SUV's. The price was great and both vehicles were ready at the time promised.

Went in to get my car checked for a road trip. The staff was very polite, informative and professional. Did not wait long for the service I requested. I will definitely return for any other car care. I highly recommend Meineke Car Care.

I’d nominate Kevin, the manager, for employee of the year. He knew exactly what the problem was, the most inexpensive workaround (old car with hard to find parts) and the car was finished in a day. Great communication, great price. Easily the best auto service I’ve had in central Jersey. Highly recommend!
