Meineke Car Care Center

I have never been to Meineke before and went Saturday the 21st of February. Made an appointment for 1pm. Unfortunately I blew a tire on my way there and had to go get a new one. Called and spoke with Nate. He was so kind and changed the appointment for me to 2:00. Unfortunately I didn't get down there till 2:20. He was still able to get me in and I was out and on the road by 3:15. Truly amazing customer service and staff all the way around. 100% recommend everyone going there.

New manager is nice and that’s the only reason it’s 2 stars. I used a Groupon at the end of November to get new brake pads and rotors. Started hearing grinding right away and squeaking not long after that. Called and they said that was normal and they wouldn’t do anything anyways other than heat them up to burn off the noise stuff on the rotors. Took it in multiple times to this location and other companies to get a second opinion. Finally got a manufacturer warranty replacement for “bad parts” due to glazing on the rotors. Less than a week later and these new ones are squeaking and occasional grind too. I will not waste any more time with this company because they obviously do not provide quality parts to people. Jacob & Nathan were extremely helpful doing the diagnostic, ordering a part for me and taking care of my repairs. I am so glad they have such a great tech for my Range Rover, I get pretty sick of dropping my car off for a week and these guys took care of it in a day. Great job!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! As a woman, these are the type of places/ mechanics we need to worry about. His name is Nate. I came in for a simple oil change using a coupon. From the moment I mentioned I had a coupon, the mechanic immediately began trying to upsell me, speaking as if I didn’t understand my own vehicle. He insisted my coupon would only cover a certain amount of oil and that I would still need to pay out of pocket — which was not stated anywhere on the coupon. When I made it clear I could not pay anything additional, he said he would “adjust it in the system” so I could use the coupon without extra charges. That alone felt questionable. It was a terrible experience and I will not go back. I had a 10am appointment and got there at 9:45. I had to ask if they were going to take my car back after 30 minutes. I’m sitting there and time passes again and I ask about the progress- he then says they had to order a filter. Time passes again, I see the filter get delivered and still has to ask about the progress. Again- they go look and he says the filter just got delivered and it will be more time. Needless to say- I left there 2.5 hours later and was late starting my trip. To make matters worse- the AC was out in the office. A positive is I was a given a cold bottle of water. All I was there for was an oil change …….
