Meineke Car Care Center

I had a very frustrating experience at Meineke. I came in the night before for my scheduled oil change appointment, but when I arrived they told me they couldn’t do it because they close at 6 PM and asked me to come back the next morning at 7:30. I came back at 7:30 like they told me, expecting a quick appointment, and ended up waiting three hours just for an oil change. If you’re going to turn someone away and tell them to come back at a specific time, the least you could do is honor that time. Appointments clearly don’t mean much here, and the lack of organization and respect for customers’ time was really disappointing.

Went in for a coupon special. Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $59. Supposed to deduct $5 for booking online. Had 2pm appointment. Got there a little early and still had to wait about an hour and a half. Just got home and realized they never rotated the tires. Spent all the time taking pictures of what else they would like to upsell me. Still a decent deal for full synthetic but don't appreciate their customer no service. Won't be back!!

Meineke was directly recommended by Silver Rock which is my warranty company however they were not equipped to perform maintenance/ repairs to my automobile. Rated high for not attempting repair without proper equipment or general knowledge. Customer service was outstanding!

Fantastic experience at this Meineke! Sarah always does a great job taking care of my vehicle needs and helping me to get the best deal I can since car care can be a bit expensive. They are very accommodating here and are great help when needing support with any car needs. Very knowledgeable and accommodating! This is the first place I go if I need anything done with my car.

I called Friday after work and dropped my car off on Saturday. My car was ready on Monday. The work was fast. The price was as promised (less with an unexpected discount. Sarah was very professional and welcoming. I was treated fairly. You really can trust your key with Meineke.
