Meineke Car Care Center

I was having issues with my car and went elsewhere to get it situated. Some places dismissed me or try to overcharge me. I went to Meineke on Wolcott and those guys took really good care of me. They were respectful and more then fair with pricing. They actually made sure I was at ease and treated me like family. They will definitely be my go to from now on. They're awesome and very kind. Couldn’t wait to share the experience I recently had with Noel G. at Meineke! Beyond exceptional service when one of the spark plugs was causing a misfire in the engine >.<. I was greeted by Noel who was patient when I asked the same question multiple times because I kept forgetting, knowledgeable in knowing what was needed and provided suggestions and education going forward, and thorough in explaining the codes and issues that were being addressed for my understanding. Hopefully I will not need to return any time soon, but I hope he stays at this location for a while and more people get to receive his service :) thanks Noel!!

This is one of best shops in Waterbury. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t upsell you on services you don’t need and only give you the facts. If you want your car to be well serviced, then this is where you need go.

My experience was the same as always for the past 40 years taking my car to Major Muffler. The prices are ridiculously low. The work is very professional and guaranteed. The customer service is excellent.
