Went in to get a tire fixed with a slow leak and they found that the rim had been bent. They put some sealer on the inside of the rim and so far so good. They also figured out why the horn didn’t work on the 300 S Was a bad relay and instead of fixing and charging me for it, they showed me what I needed and how to fix it myself. Huge saving!!! Very nice, informative, courteous and very convenient when appointment is made. Thank you and god bless

I am so satisfied with the service provided by Meineke Car Care. I was in search of a place that I could take my RV to get an oil change. They were accommodating and they did more than what I was expecting. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Andrew and Travis. Thanks guys for such great service.

Had a flat tire on a busy Saturday. Lisa got us in quickly and took care of everything. Mechanic came out to talk to us and actually show us what was in the tire. Lisa usually answers the phone when we call and is always more than accommodating and welcoming! She’s the best!

I was on my way traveling from Durham to visit my daughter in Blowing Rock... my tire gage went off and said I was losing air at a rapid rate. Yikes, what to do.... I stopped at an auto parts store in wilkesboro they pointed me to meineke just up the road about 1 mile. From the time I entered the store I was created by Lisa who was such a godsend... she took great care of me and I am on my way again. I highly recommend this level of care and service. I called the day before the end of the month and quickly had an appointment. I arrived early and was greeted. Immediately they took my Cadillac back. I was told I would need a battery soon as it was extremely low and it has been 5 years since I purchased my last. Also, brake fluid was black, so brakes were checked. They showed me how much was left on brakes back and front. Estimates were given. No pressure to purchase. I liked that but was told to get brakes done somewhere. I liked this shop and will do more business with them. They also finance interest free 90 days if needed.
