When I walked in, there was a Spanish-speaking woman who wanted an oil change. The owner brought over someone who spoke Spanish to explain that she didn’t need it yet — she could wait another month because she hadn’t driven enough miles. That alone impressed me. Then it was my turn. I had just come from a horrible experience in Manhattan where they told me my car would fail inspection because of my rotors. The technician here looked at my car and said, “Your rotors and tires are new. They do not need to be replaced.” I passed inspection with no issues. They probably saved me a lot of money. After seeing how they treated other customers too, I completely understand their great reviews. They’ve earned a loyal customer — this will now be my go-to mechanic.

I can’t say enough good things about the outstanding customer care I received! They treated me like family — the shop feels more like a true Mom and Pop operation, with top-notch service and genuine concern for their customers. My car was on the verge of losing its brakes, and even though it was late in the day, they accommodated me right before closing without hesitation. That level of care and dedication is hard to come by these days. From now on, I’ll be taking my car to them for everything it needs. Highly recommend!

This is a better location i have been to. They work exactly based on diagnostics. They are professional at their job and do an excellent work. I had to leave the location at Boston because I feel extorted. I went to the Boston location for a P0300 and P0301 engine code which might require a spark plug or coil change. They said I will have to change a Cam shaft sensor. Because I have the diagnostic tool, I knew that wasn’t the problem but I proceeding because I believe they are professional and expert at what they do and I am eager to get the job done. I am someone who hates having the check engine light on. When I went back to get my car, the engine light was cleared and looked good. They said if the engine light comes back, I should Come back and another thing will be changed that doe

I had a great experience at Meineke. They repaired my front brakes, addressed suspension issues, and installed new tires, all in one visit. Vinny was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was needed without trying to upsell unnecessary work. He actually saved me money, which is rare these days. The work was done efficiently and my car drives like new. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality, trustworthy service.

Took car in due to right side pulling and vibration. Turns out the tires were about to blow out!!! So happy I bought it for a check up. As usual a professional and great customer service.
