I went to Meineke after reading reviews about the shop and about Jim. I was intrigued and decided need to see for myself. And behold Jim treated me with amicable respect. We went and checked my car and was very professional, friendly and was not pushy. Was very knowledgeable about cars. Made me feel comfortable and be able to trust the shop. Jim was able to work out some discount and was able to direct to companies that could help with financing my payments. That was essential especially I had no idea how I was going finance my expenses. Despite I needed brake work done on my car. It worked out great using the finance company through Jim I was able to get my brakes done. With minimal payments. Very helpful and one has a peace of mind knowing we dont have to steal from a bank lol. T

Jim was amazing! He showed us there still really is good people in the world. They offered great payment options too and got us on our way. 10/10 recommend going to them!

Great service! Came for and inspection and they found a few things needing attention - all legit stuff that could’ve left me on the side of the road so they were good finds. The service from both guys up front and the shop techs was great, I’ll be returning for future needs!

Went in for an oil change, left with $3300 in critically needed repairs?! They had the vehicle for an entire month not too long ago, and it had $3000 in repairs then, too. Why weren't any of these other deficiencies spotted then? Honestly, if I'd known it was that bad, I'd have returned it to the dealer as a lemon. Now, because I trusted that everything that needed fixing had been fixed, I don't have that option. I'm stuck with either getting another vehicle or availing myself of Meineke's new payment plan (which the state of NC has deemed "predatory"). I'm not happy.

Jim and his team provided same-day pre-purchase inspections on two vehicles, enabling me to avoid an unsuitable option and make a confident, well-informed purchase. His insights were instrumental in negotiating a fair sales price with the dealership. Exceptional service—highly recommended!
