He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the work being done. Jay was even kind enough to share valuable knowledge about potential future repairs and maintenance, which I truly appreciated. Absolutely incompetent and dishonest I brought my car to Menieke Auto Shop for an overheating problem and was very clear that I wanted everything related to the issue fixed. I trusted them to do their job. Just two days later, my engine was overheating again. When I brought it back, they kept my car for 5 hours and then had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong. A week later, the SAME problem happened again. Now suddenly they say it’s an $800 repair and claim it “wasn’t on them” — even though this is the exact issue I originally brought the car in for. This is either gross incompetence or straight-up dishonesty. I highly recommend this shop! They got my vehicle out so fast and were so kind! I will definitely be back and I will definitely be recommending people to the shop. If you’re a girl and you’re feeling unsure about where to go, Def give the shop a try! Melissa is up at the front and she’s a blast . The guys I also spoke to were nice! When walking in I was a little nervous bc of the sign I was welcomed by & past reviews😬but I had excellent & easy service here! I calls the day before to ask a question since my car door lock was making a strange sound. I was quoted a very good price especially considering car troubles happens the most inconvenient times I was able to get my car fixed for a good price without breaking the bank during these hard times! The lady worked these was so kind and attentive, the service took under two hours and I left very satisfied! I would definitely recommend this place to others! I think I’ve found my go too shop! 😄😄

This company showed a staggering level of incompetence that borders on negligence. They took my car and somehow managed to make everything worse, proving they either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. The sloppy work, lack of communication, and complete refusal to take responsibility is infuriating. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they wasted my time, my money, and my patience with excuses and indifference. Trusting them was a mistake I won’t repeat, and no one should hand over their car if they expect professionalism, basic skill, or even a shred of accountability.
