Meister Werks

The reboot... Shane 2.0. I moved to San Diego in Jan 2017 from the Northeast. I had to find a specialist ASAP to service my 335i and X5. I got very lucky when my research led me to Shane's shop at the time. I went there for relatively simple things at first and then a few issues here and there (mostly minor but a few major). However, the care that Shane showed for each and every car there, including my own, was an eye-opener. He took the time to talk to me and get to know me even on that first day. I learned more about his background and felt that I was in capable hands from the start. I got to know him more over the years, but I've remained impressed with the service that he's been able to provide over that time. Shane will tell you how it is (whether that's your thing or not).

I have been taking my BMW to Shane for years and was so excited to find out he opened Meister Werks in the Miramar area. This is the only "go to" place if you are looking for a BMW specialist in San Diego that totally understands these cars. Knowledgeable, honest and takes the time to explain everything perfectly describes Shane. It is extremely difficult to find a shop you can trust but this is it. I will never take my car anywhere else.
