I called ahead to see if I could come in for an oil change, and the staff was extremely polite and professional on the phone. As soon as I arrived, they took me in right away—and they were finished within minutes. The service was quick, efficient, and truly top-notch. Omar, the manager, was especially impressive: very professional, attentive, polite, and with a great personality. He made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great automotive service!

I had a great experience at Prestige Automotive aka Meisterwerks, thanks to Don. I drove by with no appointment, and he was able to get me in for an oil change and vehicle inspection within a very reasonable amount of time. The pricing was very fair, and Don took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO PRESTIGE AUTOMOTIVE!! I am currently seeking legal action against Prestige Automotive for gross negligence! They totaled my 2020 Mercedes GLE engine, after they charged me over $12,000) After multiple diagnostics they never fixed the issue and DO NOT honor their warranties and even worse, will not admit to any mistakes or wrong doing. They even had the nerve to tell me that the reason why my check engine light won't go off is because of a computer problem that won't register the work they completed. A few days later my engine seized while driving on the Palmetto expressway. I have filed public complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency and the County of Broward (providing pictures and text messages) hoping that they were an upstanding bu

I brought my car for a simple Haldex job (1 hour work max), and they said I needed an appointment because they needed to order the parts. I brought all the VW original parts required and the Liqui Moly oil (they have tons of signs with that brand in their shop), but they neither got up from their chairs where they were having breakfast nor asked what parts I had bought, insisting that they should order them. I just went to another shop with real professionals; they did the work without complaints. - - Unfriendly and lazy people, I DO NOT recommend this place - -
