The manager of this complex is the absolute worst! She and her husband use harassment and discriminatory practices including loud talking tenants when in front of other tenants to ensure everyone around is included in management's form of disciplinary actions. They fail to clean around the complex so there are bug remains as well as bed bugs that permeate the facility, they will blame the bugs on tenants they don't care for especially people of color. Since they dont regularly spray the entire facility, they blame it on tenants they don't like! They don't want you to put out bug spray or preventative measures to pprevent bugs but they wont spray either. We were fooled by the exterior of the facility which looks decent but behind closed doors, the story is much different! We found the

My grandma lives here and it's like a jail. They have cameras everywhere. They have tables downstairs for people to play games or whatever but there's so many rules. Nothing but water downstairs. Michelle, the manager, tells the old ladys who plays bingo that they can't use doobers on her tables. That the old ladies here need to have fundraiser to raise money to buy the bingo sheets that slide so there's no Mark's on her table. Like they have so many rules here it's like jail. Every month michelle comes up with New rules. Your allowed to have pets but they're not allowed to hangout downstairs. They got to go from your house, outside right back to your house. Seems like a nice place. The apartment we went to had lots of storage and a nice sized bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. When arranged correctly it can have space for all of your main needs.

After a few days here I have come to realize this center is not a welcoming friendly place for seniors to live . The apartment manger treats this as her building not the residents who pay for it. Its a place if you want to set in a lounge and have coffee together you better have a 25 dollar deposit or get yelled at .

Clean facility well taken care of inside and out. Nice layout of apartments. Friendly staff. Good rent prices.
