A couple months ago, my husband was on his way to one of the big names dealerships on Palm Bay Rd looking to lease a brand new car l, when he stumbled on Melissa's car lot and saw a few beautiful vehicles in her inventory. Mellissa herself took care of my husband's deal. I have run a few used car lots right before COVID, so I know the deal. But I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised how she went above and beyond to take such good care of him. She was honest, helpful, accommodating, professional and thanks to her my husband had the best experience you could imagine!! So Mellissa has 2 very pleased customers for life!! I bought a car saturday!! Melissa was amazing not pushy listened to what my concerns were and didnt try to put me in a car that I couldn't afford. She not only made sure my payments were not above what I asked but are $200 less. There was no rushing and she took her time to ensure i was getting the best deal!! Highly recommend

I came to this dealership looking for a family vehicle, and Melissa was very helpful during the sales process. However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing multiple issues that have left me extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Within the first month, I had to replace the battery and get an oil change. Three months later, the truck started stalling. Since the truck wasn’t even a year old, I called Melissa for assistance.
