Great service, knowledgeable mechanics. I always bring my vintage VW to their shop. They work on all kind of vehicles, to include vintage VW’s. Their work flow and structure is very organized; that’s a plus that you won’t find in many shops.

I had a great experience with the service department at Mellor Automotive during a stressful situation. My Ford Expedition broke down unexpectedly, was leaking oil badly, and started running rough all of a sudden, so I had to have it towed in. When I arrived, I was met by Brandon, or at least I hope I got his name right, and he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I let him know my SUV would be arriving shortly, and the whole check-in process was smooth. I was in and out quickly and handed over my keys without any hassle. Mellor’s Auto repair did an awesome job repairing my 2012 Nissan Sentra. It didn’t cost as much as I was expecting! The car drives like it’s brand new now! I had some miscellaneous repairs done to it this time. Valve cover gasket leak was fixed! The dashboard had a rattle vibration was fixed! The back brakes needed lubrication and was also fixed! Excellent service, staff of smiling and amazing people, highest quality of work, highest competence! I ended up there because of a poorly repaired and flat tire on the car I rented. The guys from Mellor's Automotive took care of changing the faulty tire and arranged the payment with the car rental company. I was lucky to come across this car repair shop! Four days later, by chance, a screw got into another tire on the same car (it's sounds like a joke :-) ), but I already knew where to go - mechanics repaired securely the flat tire in less than half an hour. I felt like a VIP client. In both cases, I was happy to meet such people and such a car repair shop! I highly recommend their services to everybody! Do not use this place. They are a scam. I have a 2019 dodge journey with over 120K miles and I brought my car there for an error code p0420. This is an issue with the catalytic converter. I didn't want to bring it to a dealership because I was a afraid they would rip me off and I seen the reviews for this place and took a chance. They told me that I needed a whole new assembly, sensors, other things are cracked and my transmission fluid is leaking. You name it and they said it was broken. They wanted to charge me over 6K for everything. After I said no they called back and said they can do it cheaper for 4K. I took my car and tried the dealership. Everything that this place said was wrong was NOT at all. The dealership found the issues and took care of it all. For 2k they fixed the is
