The communication from Bryce at Mel's while my vehicle was in the shop was second to none. From email, phone calls and updates via text message, I always knew where we were in the process. They worked to coordinate suspension and body work to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. I highly recommend Mel's Auto Body if you are in need of auto body work!

Son was in an accident in Rapid City but we live across the state. They went to the tow yard for me to inspect the vehicle for me. They also sent pictures to insurance for us all while assuming the vehicle would be a total loss. They were very friendly and professional.

Mel’s has taken great care of both me and my husband and our vehicles, on several occasions. They have restored two of my husband’s vehicles due to damage from a deer. We got them back looking brand new, inside and out! They were also able to help us in a pinch and are very kind and quickly responsive. Thank you Mel’s! Mel's East took great care to return my truck to like new after a small accident. They even cleaned up the interior. I wasn't expecting that. James made sure to communicate with me regularly to give progress updates. I can't say enough good things about their service!
