Mel's Tire

Had 4 rims put on my car by this business and shortly after I noticed a grating sound coming from the front right tire when I would reverse the car. I went back to the business and explained the situation and was told it had nothing to do with anything that they did and that if they wanted me to have them diagnose the issue, it would cost $180 an hour. I explained to the lady at the front desk how my car was not making any noises before the rims were put on and now when I reverse the car there was a new sound coming from the tire from the front. In my opinion it obviously has something to do with the rooms being put on. I expected the business to check the car for free and adjust the rim as needed. Will not be going back to this business. Terrible customer service.

Ernesto was absolutely fantastic!!! In a world we're so many people are scammed, he saved me soooo much money, was beyond kind, and genuine. I'm coming here for anything related to my tires. Side note, Ernesto plays all the old school jams. He was also quick and efficient!! They made my day.

Took my truck in for a tire rotation they got right to work and were pretty quick. Everyone was very nice and there were 2 benches outside and chairs inside for waiting. Price was actually better than what all shops in San Leandro quoted 100% recommend!

The lady will be super nice when selling you tires and when returning for services that are not paid to her business she will treat you like a beggar and make excuses on why she can't honor her warranty. Sent me away twice knowing my tire has been leaking claiming either she had no techs or they are too busy when there was absolutely no one in the shop either time I went in to get it checked out. Do not buy from here go to a reputable company that has to honor their warranties until the paid date not upon their discretion.
