Great buying experience! No hassle, no BS and a handshake type experience with both my sales guy and finance. BTW gentlemen after buying a car I wasn't looking for. After having it 3 months now, I absolutely love my first Merc! The only downside is service. Apparently, you have to schedule an oil change... Not to sure about that one. I'll have to take it down the road for service I suppose.

Found that I needed a truck for travel on Monday, looked all over for a low mileage used truck n prices are HIGH. Looked at Melton online and their price for the 2021 ram 4-wheel drive with 72,000 miles was cheaper than anywhere else for older trucks with 120,000+ miles. In all I was at the dealership for about 35 to 40 minutes, not 3 to 4 hours like some places. Very satisfied with my deal.

This is the worst place. Do not buy a car/truck here. I bought a 2018 ram 1500, salesman told me nothing was wrong with it. Lied to my face, I bought the truck they made me so tired i didn’t wanna be there. Waited til it was dark so I couldn’t see the problems with the truck. Mark was his name I think. Anyways I bought the truck and the next morning it wouldn’t start. I had to buy a new battery $300 out of my pocket extra. Not even a month in it’s leaking so much oil. I have a warranty for motor and transmission. The warranty does not matter they tried to charge me $1700 in repairs. I also had to pay them $300 just to look at the leaks I already knew were there. They up right scammed me. They are not good people and nobody should buy from this dealer. Now I have to fix my truck which is go

I didn't purchase anything or have any work done from the service department. I had an issue from a dealer from out of state and needed to transport my wife's van back to Oklahoma. I asked the odd question of; can they deliver it here and use your lot? Not even a question, they said of course. They contacted me a week later that the transport was there and unloaded. I picked it up and also ask a few questions from the service department and received the answers I needed. They have a new customer in me. Great job and thank you so much.

We. We’re in and out in about an hour and a half. Jeff made it simple and quick. They don’t try to manipulate you or rush you. It feels way customer led and they do their best to make it work! I got to pick up my dream jeep the next morning and I couldn’t be happier!
