This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. The staff at Membreno’s Tire & Auto Services were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in for a simple service, and they managed to make things worse. They took forever to finish the job, didn’t bother to update me on what was going on, and when I finally got my car back, the problem wasn’t even fixed. On top of that, they tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted and acted like it was my fault for asking questions. The quality of work was awful, and I honestly don’t trust them to touch my car again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else — this place is a total rip-off.

We have had Mr. Membreno's service for years now. He, his family, and the crew are very professional. The quality of service and accurate repair are second to none. The charge for every repair we needed is always very reasonable, and the repair is one and done. I recommend Membreno's to everyone I know.

Fast and efficient service. I had a serious oil leak and expected the worst. And even though it was an engine gasket, I got my truck back in two days and paid a very reasonable rate that did not hurt my pocketbook. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Jorge and his team of mechanics. I am now a loyal customer and will pass along his business to anyone.....

We only had diagnostic done. They told me they issue and recommend I take to a transmission shop (and didn't nickel and dime, which builds trust in my book). I will return to this place.
