Mena Tires New & Used

Would not waste your time Wanted 52$ for tire worn to wear bar and had internal patch and a nail in it. Went down road got a extremely nice tire dated only 2yrs old and was only 30$ .

Two hours after getting this $60 tire it blew while I was driving home. I was told the rim was bad but in actuality they sold me a bad tire. Lesson learned I'll NEVER go here again!

Needed to have 2 new tires (carried in) mounting and balance on my rims. They tried to charge $40 a tire for that the offer to not balanced them for only $20. Didn't make it more than 2 to 3 mi in the front passenger side tire started to make a horrible noise and shaking really bad. This is what my husband found when he went to check none of us lugnuts were tightened. It really is sad that places to stay open Saturday but give this kind of survives. Especially being a small business you would think they would have more pride in the work they do no matter how big or small.

This place is trash. They were the only ones around that had a tire for my trailer later in the day and they knew it so they took advantage and sold me a tire with less then 30 percent of life left for $180 I had no choice but to get it since my trailer was stuck on the side of the highway. Will NEVER come back to this place they are a bunch of lazy crooks !!!!!

Needed a tire because I had an irreparable flat. I purchased brand new ones for $88 each online but they wouldn't be here for a few days. Went to Mena, and they charged me $80 for a used tire that when I had taken off and replaced with the new set the next week, was nearly bare. The man was friendly and relatively quick but the quality of product was garbage and extremely overpriced. I was quoted $36 for a much better tire the same day elsewhere but they closed too early for me to make it in time (went to the other company to install the new tires and even they were shocked at the poor quality of the used tire I was given).
