Took my truck there for some repairs on front end, Adan told me he will take 1 week for repairs but it took him 2 weeks and was hard too deal with him because of his excuses and not answering his phone it was just frustrating back and forth, when he finally told me it was ready, I arrived too pick up my truck it was not ready I had to wait about 3 hours so he could finish some details Mr Mendez attitude was like he dint care at all about customer satisfaction he neve apologized but was full of excuses will never come back to this body shope. Not because he was a week late but because of his lies and excuses not trustworthy person.
