Wow, they did a great job, and they're great people! Knowledgeable, competent, kind, thoughtful, informative, honest and reliable. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and I'd send my friends and family there for top-notch collision repair. They were recommended by Autoworks of Mendon -- my favorite car repair shop -- and it was a great referral.

Repaired a rust spot. Low price, quick service, professional. This was such an easy transaction, and I had a disappointing experience at Austin Spencer a few years back, so I didn't have high hopes. I have had multiple vehicles in over the past 15 years and will NEVER go anywhere else. The pride they take in the work they perform is unmatched and irrefutably evident as is their desire and ability to treat you like more than just a # or $ sign. I initially went there because they were the body shop of choice for Turner Corvette, so I figured if they are good enough for Turner, they must do great work. I was correct. But I go back because of how they treat people.

We took the car in right before closing to get a quote for our bumper. Vic was accommodating and great to deal with. He gave a very competitive quote and we chose Mendon Collision on the spot. The work was excellent and we greatly appreciate this Mendon gem.
