I recently brought my Kia Sorento to Mendoza’s Auto Repair for service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Not only did they take care of my oil change quickly and professionally, but they also went the extra mile by thoroughly informing me about what my vehicle currently needs and pointing out a few other issues to keep an eye on. What really stood out was how clearly they explained everything without any pressure. They helped me understand the condition of my car, what maintenance should be prioritized, and what could wait. On top of that, they even provided helpful advice for any future vehicle I may purchase, which shows they genuinely care about their customers beyond just a single visit. Everyone was so polite so nice... I'm a small business owner I do not have a whole lot of money yet I'm working on it.. I had an incident with my truck the full amount was going to be over 2,000 Mr Mendoza was able to do the work for 1800.. And even though I still didn't have enough they were kind enough to let me drive away with my vehicle... And come back and pay the last couple of 100 at a later date.. Hardly anybody knows that nowadays. I will keep my word and pay my debt.. But in the meantime I just want to let you know this is a good place to go..

This is going to be long but to make a long story short Mendoza’s has been incredible and I couldn’t be more grateful! I bought a car two weeks ago after getting in an accident on Christmas Day that left my car totaled. The car had been to the dealership prior to me buying it and they said that it was in great condition. Well come to find out, the alternator and positive battery clamp were bad. I had gone to a very popular auto part store that advertises that they will test your car to see what is wrong and they were absolutely useless in telling me what was wrong with the car. I then I had have my car towed to the dealership to diagnose. They kept my car for 4 days before diagnosing it. They also sent me a diagnosis “prematurely” and added on a bunch of services they said “needed” to be

Hands down one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle instead of just trying to upsell me. The work was done on time, pricing was fair, and the quality of the repair was solid. You can tell they actually care about doing things right. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, this is it. Mendoza’s Auto Repair truly came through for us when we needed help the most. We were traveling from Dallas to San Antonio when we had to pull over due to car issues, and they stepped in immediately to help. They provided emergency assistance and added an auxiliary transmission cooler, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Our truck is lifted and not easy to work on, but they didn’t hesitate — they made it happen. The entire team was extremely helpful, patient, kind, and hardworking, with outstanding customer service from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave us an amazing price, and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours.
