I think this is a nice place to get smog checked at. It was a fast and easy process- probably around 15-20 minutes of wait time. They also applied $10 coupon which is nice. I know it’s random but I really appreciate the fact that they have closed captioning on the TV. I am Deaf, I rely on subtitles for reading and it is nice to keep entertained a bit while I was waiting for smog check. Thank you whoever inspected my car. :) *It was passed

Terrible place. Don't take your vehicle here. They didn't pass my vehicle they said my O2 sensors needed to be replaced. I replaced both of them. Come to find out both of the sensors were fine and it was a whole other part that needed to be fixed. Please stay away!!!

I had a great super quick experience getting my smog check yesterday at Merced Smog! Everyone was so incredibly friendly! When I called Emily answered and told me everything I needed over the phone. I walked in and Lily, Emily and Yanely greeted me in such a welcoming and friendly manner with a smile on their face😊 I gave them my DMV smog registration notice and they took my keys and I signed the necessary paperwork. They started working on it and it was less than 10 min! My goodness!!!😱 They were so Fast!! They parked the car right outside the door for me facing the street so I can drive off💕 that's so thoughtful! Pedro hands me my keys and told me it was ready with such a friendly smile! Martin had just walked in and we had a friendly conversation! I'm blown away by their customer servi
