Great experience buying my new Tacoma. I know their job is to sell cars and warranties but never felt them being pushy like I have experienced in the car buying process before. I first dealt with Richard Linares in Sales for my test drive and first part of running numbers. When he was out the following day he made sure I was taken care of by Thomas Her. Both were great to work with. Thanks Thomas for explaining all the tech. on my truck! Then of course you can’t leave with your new truck until you meet with the finance department. I got to work with Guillermo Zarate. I feel he explained things well and wasn’t pushy on the selling part of the warranty. Thanks all you guys!
