Mercedes-Benz Atlanta South Parts Department

This place is super bougie. I came for parts & nothing is labeled showing where to park for parts. When you go inside the building it’s even worse. The atmosphere is like waking in Lenox mall or something & lots of people standing around instead of helping. After I got the super overpriced, windshield wiper I waited around for about 20 minutes looking through a conversion van but no one was interested in making a sale to me.

I live out of state but had to drop-box my car at the dealership late Sunday night due to a tire disaster. Madison in Service was great, worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible and kept me informed the whole time.

I would like to thank Adrien for providing world-class customer service at Mercedes Benz Atlanta South. After damaging my socket flap, he was able to research the exact parts I would need for my repair and connect me with a service advisor. I appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure I was all set, especially during the busy holiday season. Love the new coffee bar waiting area. Mostly every staff greeted you as they passed. The service tech Emmanuel was capable of explaining the service needed and what to expect on the next service. He was very helpful, Polite and courteous.
