I had another service advisor for years. It wasn’t until I was substituted (due to my service advisor being on leave) that I came to thoroughly enjoy my experience at the MB CG Service Center. I asked for a permanent transition to my substitute and the ask was easily facilitated. I highly recommend Gianfranco Andres for service advisor. I’ve now had two experiences. Both times I was able to get a loaner vehicle (my previous service rep never did that) and see that my car needs were taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you! I also thoroughly enjoy the Chocolate Fashion cookies they serve in the customer area - although I need to go to the gym when I have one! Lol Thank you!

It doesn’t get better than this for me today. Mark started out checking my tires for air; he then introduced me to the tire rep Jonathan to check my tires and was advised I needed an alignment re back tires. I was able to quickly connect to my advisor Raphael B. who was able to get it done while I wait. I was able to charge my phone using his charger as I was waiting. He has a professional calm manner and was so courteous to me. Thanks for this expert service I experienced.

I brought my car in for a repair and the part Mercedes installed broke off just days later. Instead of standing behind their own work, they tried to charge me again to fix the exact issue they had just serviced. I was told the damage was somehow my fault even though nothing happened to the car between the repair and the failure. There was no accountability, no willingness to review the workmanship, and no basic customer service. Any reputable service department should honor their repairs for at least a reasonable period but they refused to do so. I expected better from a Mercedes dealership.

First time having my vehicle serviced here, I purchased it from this location 6 months ago. I was disappointed in the customer service. When I dropped my vehicle off at my appointment time, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. When I picked up, I called ahead to confirm pick up time. I arrived and waited an hour until my vehicle was ready. I finally received it and when I got to the car, the interior hadn’t been Vacuumed post service, that mats were dirty & they don’t run it through the wash either. I went back in and asked if this was a mistake. The gentleman at the front desk could have cared less & I wasn’t going to wait since I had already been there way longer than expected, so I just left. I’ve owned other makes of cars, less expensive cars, and the customer service was superior with thos

Whatever you do DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES AT THis DEALER. Your better off traveling down to Cuter Bay Mercedes. Salesmean was so unbelievably rude and insufferable. The only reason we bought the car here was they had the exact car we wanted. It was such an uncomfortable experience. While South BMW goes so above and beyond for their clients and will do nearly anything to make you happy Mercedes of Coral Gables doesn’t care at all. Literally the worst place to buy a car. Consider yourself warned.
