I went today for my car first service , Fernando ( Advisor ) assisted me , disappointed with service received , did not meet my expectation , my car was returned to me dirty NOT what I expect from Mercedes Benz “ The best or Nothing “ ALWAYS !! Managers & Directors should pay attention to all those details because it is very important part of the prestige and reputation of the Brand !!
