Terrible experience. I had to fly out to this dealership just to purchase parts because they don’t accept payment over the phone. After all that effort and expense, they still couldn’t provide the parts when I arrived. This completely disrupted my schedule and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
Service advisors are great. James is amazing. the actual service and time it takes to get your car serviced kind of sucks. Especially for high-end vehicles.
I own an auto repair shop & everytime i call to order parts there is a minimum of 30-45 min on hold to reach the parts dept. As i'm writing this, i'm currently on hold for 62 mins and counting ! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...Get it together and take care of your customers...
Chris is the best service tech. I do get frustrated at how sensitive the tires are and the sensors on the vehicle for the tires. Service is excellent.
