Highly disappointed! I had an appointment with Vaanii. He did not greet me and took me straight on a test drive. He was scrolling on his phone and just told me to turn left and right. Once we got back to the dealership, I was looking at the car still and he left and went inside the dealership as I proceeded to continue looking at the car and see what features the car had. About 5-10 mins later I went into the dealership and he asked for my zip code on where the car would be registered and was going to give me numbers. I stopped him and said "wait! You are not going to tell me about the car and tell me what features the car has and what it is equip with and you aren't going to introduce yourself to me? What kind of customer service is this?!?!?!" He then tried to coverups his nasty attitude

I came in on an extremely busy day, Isaac Unsworth was amazing to work with. He was easygoing, direct, and very straightforward when it came to finalizing the price — no games at all. He was patient in explaining every detail, truly cared about the customer experience, and made the entire purchase process smooth and efficient. We went last Monday as a very serious customer literally ready to buy. No one came to talk to us after we walked around for long, when I approached the salesman they seemed not interested to talk. We asked for one car to take a look, it was not in the store. We went next door to Porsche and bought one. All the cars in the showroom were locked, so we couldn't even see the cars inside the showroom, it's a joke. This is the reason why Tesla and other companies are winning, the sales team here at Mercedes just don't care.
