Would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. After purchasing a +$100k vehicle from this dealership, within two months we noticed a rattle that occurred when bumps were encountered. Took the vehicle in to have it addressed. After the service department had the car for just under a week we received a call to come pick up our car that they could not find the rattle and we “would just to live with it!” My wife and I were floored. A few weeks later we took it to the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, TX. One of their Techs immediately jumped in the car and road around with us for 20 minutes where he diagnosed one of the three (3) rattle they ended up fixing. Although we had a great experience buying our vehicle at this dealership, I will never use them for service again.

I give it a 2 star and thats because the Service advisor was actually very helpful... The Service need improvement, renovation, remodeling ASAP we can't buy 60k 75k 100k 200k Mercedes-Benz and wait for hours for Service in a dirty, unwelcome seating area. There was no coffee, no sparkling water, Toilets are dirty, no soap and the place looks and feels old and dirty very uncomfortable... 2. No shuttle 3. No Loaner 4. Welcoming employees are way too many and they look they are all over but doing nothing at the same time. 5. Read all.the find prints before you buy Extended Warranty from Autonation Mercedes-Benz... Don't pay 6k 8k or 12k for warranty that will not cover listed parts or services. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is Amazing in comparison to this. Overall Bad NOT RECOMMENDED

We are struggling to get in touch with anyone at this dealership. Every time we try to call and explain our situation, the staff members hang up on us. The communication is terrible, and even Mercedes USA corporate had a similar experience when trying to contact them. This dealership is the worst we have ever encountered - it seems like a scam with fake promises from the sales team. Our car has been sitting there for 2 months waiting for an evaluation of the necessary repairs. We were promised a loaner car, but that turned out to be a lie. They claimed they wouldn't provide a loaner without a recording of the promises made by the salespeople to my husband and me. We paid over $13k for additional protection and Gap coverage, yet we still haven't received any updates since May 2nd, 2024. Des
