Recently serviced my car at the Downtown LA Mercedes-Benz location, and I had an excellent experience. My service advisor, Evelyn Luna, whom I met for the first time, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She even arranged a courtesy car for me in case my vehicle needed to stay longer, which I really appreciated. Although I ended up getting my car back right away, it was thoughtful and reassuring to know she had everything set up. Highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Evelyn if you want outstanding service.

The services provided by this location are professional with a friendly staff is always a plus. My service coordinator, Evelyn Luna, was so helpful and attended to my cars’s needs without digging deep in ny dinero, unlike other Mercedes service locations whom have their nose so stuck up in the air they forget the customers needs and to have some sensitivity interacting with a customer.
