Mercedes-Benz of Marin Service and Auto Parts

Had my car serviced today at Mercedes Benz of Marin. My advisor, Lily, went above and beyond. It was so nice to have a wonderful experience. Car service was on time. No wait at drop off or pick up. And my car was spotless and looked beautiful when I picked it up. Thank you Lily!

This was another successful service visit to MB of Marin. Service Advisor Weis did a great job of helping me to select the appropriate services, in this case a 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance for my GLS550 SUV. He kept me informed about the inspection results, service progress, and recommendations for future additional services. He returned the vehicle washed and vacuumed before the promised time, and at the original estimated cost. For the past 15 years and with four different MB vehicles, I have chosen to drive the 25 miles from my home in the East Bay to MB of Marin, passing MB of Oakland, because I have received excellent service and I trust that service and repairs will be completed correctly the first time and without unnecessary delays. I have been very fortunate to have Angelo as a service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Marin. He is courteous, always greets me with a smile, and always gets the job done. It's a pretty busy service department but the staff is very competent. In several visits over the past 3 years, I have never been let down.

Max from sales and Eliseo from service are the best! They answered all my questions and made me feel like family. They took care of all my concerns and made the purchasing process super easy. They helped me find the perfect car for my mom and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend Max as he was very patient throughout the process. Eliseo made the experience even better as he communicated and assured the car was in perfect condition.

Appointment was available at convenient time without a significant wait. At arrival, they were ready for the scheduled service and promptly provided shuttle service to my place of employment. I received text updates, and was transported back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle after. Everything was efficient and smooth for the 30K maintenance service. I pre-paid service so can’t easily speak to costs/ fees.
