I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Miami. I purchased a tire and wheel protection package at the time of buying my vehicle. I was verbally assured by the sales team that alignment was included and that tire replacements would be covered as long as I followed service recommendations. Unfortunately, this was not the case. On my most recent visit, I was told that my tire claim was denied due to “excessive wear,” despite the fact that the alignment—which I was told was included—was never performed or offered. Unfortunately, going to the Mercedes Benz dealership in North Miami has become a nightmare. They are always fully booked and disorganized. If your car is due for service or needs any kind of repairs, you have to leave the car there for days and they have no loaners available (most of the time). Without any shame whatsoever they’ll recommend that you rent a car (at your own expense!). Some dealerships will rent a car for you. The manager (or one of them) sits in his office without ever bothering to come out, despite the fact that his office has glass doors and he could clearly see that I was having trouble with my appointment for over an hour.
