To whom this may concern: I have been a Mercedes owner for 5 years . This is my second vehicle . I had my vehicle burglarized and the rear passenger window was how the acclaent gained access. The alarm did not sound when my window was busted ? I’m uncertain as to why. Furthermore concierge was not available to assist me. I was informed by my car insurance agent that my vehicle was ready. No communication from Mercedes themselves. Upon to pick up the vehicle it was infact NOT ready for pick up. Adhesive gupped on the weather strip and all over my passenger door along with the rear passenger door. To add I was erroneously charged $100+ dollars for gas when my car was a quarter of the way full In addition the vehicle was filthy and reddish brown film was all over my passenger door. Keep

Made an appointment, had my Sprinters oil change done quick.

The advisor and staff were very helpful, unfortunately they were not able to solve my problem.
