We had such a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz Rochester. We arrived literally 3 minutes before closing time because we had to make an emergency stop — our car urgently needed oil. Even though they were about to close, the team didn’t hesitate to help us. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They quickly assisted us, filled the oil, and made sure everything was okay without making us feel rushed or unwelcome. Their professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. I have never found working with a service team more pleasant. I love the fact that at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester you get one rep assigned to you for the life of your car. I work with Stephen and he always remembers details that are relevant to the service of my car and does his best to make it as spread out, affordable, and simplified as absolutely possible. I also appreciate the videos that depict what service is being recommended and why, the availability of loaner cars for convenience, and a heads up on what can be anticipated in the next service appointment.

Mercedes Rochester is leaps and bounds above Mercedes of Buffalo. I’ll drive two hours round trip extra just for the service and treatment I receive there. Max is my advisor and always keeps me informed and gives me honest options for any repairs I need. 5-Stars.
